About the Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate Trainer cum Training Manager to join our team for projects associated with IIT Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Python and Generative AI, along with experience in delivering impactful training programs and managing training operations. Key Responsibilities Deliver hands-on training sessions on Python and Generative AI technologies Design training curriculum, assignments, and learning materials Conduct workshops, bootcamps, and technical mentoring sessions Manage end-to-end training operations and batch coordination Track learner progress and ensure high training quality standards Collaborate with internal teams and academic stakeholders Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, LLMs, and automation tools Required Skills Strong knowledge of Python programming Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM tools Experience with AI frameworks and libraries preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong classroom and team management abilities Ability to work from office in a professional training environment Eligibility Criteria Minimum 5 years of experience in training, mentoring, or technical delivery Prior experience in technical training institutes, ed-tech, colleges, or corporate training preferred Candidates with training management experience will be preferred

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA or relevant technical background Certifications in AI, Data Science, or Python are an added advantage
